Boro lost 5-3 at Wimborne Town last weekend after ending game with nine men

Harrow Borough will hope a busy Bank Holiday weekend in the Evo-Stik South Premier South yields a return to winning ways.

Boro host Tiverton Town on Saturday, before making the trip to local rivals Hendon on Monday.

Steve Baker’s boys head into the busy run off the back of a 5-3 defeat at Wimborne Town last Saturday after ending the match with nine men.

The Rogers Family Stadium took a two-goal lead through Ryan Moss and Michael Bryan, but Town hit back to draw level just eight minutes into the second half.

A mad 10-minute spell then saw red cards for Harrow’s Mark McLeod and Shaun Preddie interspersed with a third Wimborne goal.

There were three goals in the final 10 minutes of a drama-drenched match, with George Moore netting for Baker’s boys.

Harrow will hope that if they are involved in another action-packed game over the Bank Holiday weekend, that it ends in a victory for the Rogers Family Stadium side.
