A motorcyclist has been taken to hospital after a collision with a car in Dollis Hill.

Police and ambulance crews scrambled to Dollis Hill Lane where the crash occured at the junction with Edgware Road at 9.20am this morning.

A man, believed to be in his 40s, was taken to hospital with non life-threatening or life-changing injuries, said police.

The roads were closed earlier but are now re-open.

A spokesman for the London Ambulance Service said: “We were called at 9.18am today to Edgware Road, to reports of a road traffic collision.

“We sent an ambulance crew and a single responder in a car to the scene.

“We treated a man at the scene for a back injury and took him to hospital.”
