Calling all budding gymnasts, a free open day is being held in a sports centre in Brent.

Vale Farm Sports Centre in Watford Road, Sudbury, is hosting the free sessions with gymnastic professionals MG Gymstars on June 13.

The open day will take place from 1pm-3pm and will provide children with the opportunity to try different pieces of gymnastic equipment, and participate in floor exercises. A class for four to seven year olds will run at 1pm followed by children aged eight and above at 2pm.

Current gymnasts at the centre will also be giving demonstrations on the day. Chris Williams, Everyone Active Contract Manager at Vale Farm Sports Centre, said:

“We are excited to welcome people to Vale Farm Sports Centre for our free open day. It provides a great opportunity for children to try a new sport and give gymnastics a go. MG Gymstars provide professional high level coaching and we are delighted to have them on board”.
